About the Workshop

In this relaxed and welcoming workshop, you’ll slow down, get creative and enjoy switching off from the busy world while learning a beautiful, tactile craft. Whether you’re completely new to punch needle or just fancy trying something different, this session is designed to be calm, friendly and inspiring. During the workshop, you’ll create your very own punch needle keyring or hanging decoration. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process with plenty of encouragement along the way. Katie is a self-taught punch needle artist and founder of Flossie & Bean, a creative business specialising in bespoke textile art, DIY kits and workshops. After leaving her legal career, she transformed a hobby into a successful creative business, which she now runs around family life with her two young boys. Her work focuses on children’s interiors, seasonal decor and gifts and she is passionate about crafting for wellbeing and sharing punch needle through her workshops. In 2025, Flossie & Bean was featured in British Vogue’s luxury children’s advertorial campaign.
