About the Workshop

Got Procreate downloaded on your iPad but not sure what to do next? Do you prefer to learn in person rather than online? That makes sense to me. I found Procreate overwhelming at first. There are so many choices and options to choose from, it’s hard to know where to start. Also, with a sleek and non-fussy design, this software has many hidden gems. I will help you master the basics, and together we’ll have fun colouring and editing some cute spooky ghosts. I have limited this course to just four people, so you can get maximum tuition and support. At the end of this tutorial, you will walk away with your cute ghost artwork as a printed piece of wall art (perfect for Halloween!). You will also get loads of great digital goodies such as brushes, patterns, and more spooky ghost artwork to play with at home. In this fundamentals of Procreate digital drawing course, we will focus on: Setting up a canvas for best print Quick colouring Adding texture and patterns Adding shadows and highlights Editing colours Saving and sharing work How to achieve high-quality print at home I’m Laura, the artist behind FolkandDreams. I love to draw whimsical and family-friendly fantasy such as dragons, mermaids, and fairies. I draw all my digital artwork using Procreate. Check out my Instagram to see my artwork @folkanddreams. Please note: For this workshop, you will need your own iPad with Procreate downloaded. It is also ideal if you have an Apple Pencil, but not essential. If you don’t have this equipment but are still interested in learning more about digital drawing, please do not book this tutorial. Instead, message Laura privately to discuss one-to-one tuition. folkanddreams@gmail.com Workshops take place on the 1st or 2nd floor accessible by steps Refund and cancellation policy As a small business we operate a non refundable and non transferable policy to protect the time and work that goes into creating a workshop

Please note that bookings are non-transferable, and refunds cannot be given for cancellations. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. ⸻ Group Bookings Gather your friends, family, or favourite creative companions and join us for a private workshop at Dolly’s.
